CLASE AZUL MEZCAL DURANGO
The name Clase Azul translates as “blue like the agave” from which this tequila is made. Clase Azul – a bottle of true art. All bottles of the distillery are shaped by hand and individually painted – no bottle resembles the other. The Clase Azul Mezcal DURANGO is made from Cenizo agave, an agave variety that grows wild in the state of Durango in northern Mexico.
Nose: Spicy, notes of citrus, herbs, green olives, cooked agave, cloves.
Taste: Sweet, ripe, notes of peanuts, brown sugar, honey, wood, chocolate, ripe fruit.
Finish: Long lasting.
Enjoy tequila with fish, avocado, aged cheese, or white chocolate.
